EVENT: DECEMBER 2005
December 11,
Putten, The Netherlands. The day for a Dreamcast event, featuring
loads of Dreamcasts, Virtual-on twin sticks, Densha de go
controllers, arcade sticks,
link-up battles, REAL close Virtua tennis matches, both Dutch and
Deutsch beer and
a great day altogether. Here's an impression..
^Dead or alive 2. Still a great
game? Yeah!
^The Dreamcast scene guys doing a round of F-355
link-up. Nice flatscreens eh?
^People playing Propeller Arena. Something that seemed like
an unlikely event not too long ago.
^Capcom vs SNK? I think so. The arcade sticks were put to
good use.
^Virtua tennis. Does this game ever becomes old? Some excellent
matches were played.
^Dreamcast scene brought a whole lot of cool stuff with them,
as you (partly) can see here.
^Cool Herders in action. Before the game was even released!
^Sega Tetris in link-up mode.
Totally bonkers and tough as nails.
*not pictured: The lightgun-game Dreamcast set-up, people playing Typing
of the dead,
the games of Who wants to be a millionaire (!?), Sega
Bash fishing 2 with the rod (and fish
that refused to bite, d'oh!), the Scenedicate demo
disc showcase and a whole lot of
other Dreamcast lovelyness.. let's do it again soon, eh lads?
